Failed to fetch Access Points or Describe File System: List Access Points #1460

/ bug

What happened?

Updated helm chart from 2.1.5 to 3.0.8 and failing when dynamically provisioning the volume.
When installing it in a fresh environment(EKS 1.30), dynamic provisioning is working fine with helm chart 3.0.8. However when I am upgrading the helm chart in existing environment(EKS 1.28) where it was working fine before(using helm chart 2.1.5), I started getting the below issue.

What you expected to happen?

The dynamic provisioning of the volume and creation of access point in the EFS.
