What would you like to be added:
junit test results in CI, so they can be properly processed by the projects's tooling
gotestsum can solve convert go test output to junit.xml (many instances throughout the project e.g. kubernetes/kubernetes, kubernetes-sigs/kind, kubernetes/test-infra, ...)
Why is this needed:
We can't use go.k8s.io/triage to analyze situations like flaking tests because there are no structured test results, only log files.
prow.k8s.io and testgrid can also process junit files and produced structure test result rendering.
