job返回的错误格式比较混乱，得去除下asni color code

因为terraform cli返回的内容是在终端看的，所以加了asni

当然也可以尝试默认注入 TF_NO_COLOR=1 来关闭

vela logs $ApplicationName 看日志，还是有 color 会更合适。
