Detect out of sync RBAC roles

Time to time we faces issues caused by RBAC roles out of sync between kubebuilder generated configuration in the kubewarden-controller repository and Helm chart files. We need to find a way to mitigate that. During a team call we decided to update out automation scripts to detect when the Helm chart RBAC related configuration is out of sync from the kubewarden-controller.

Acceptance criteria

• Updates out automation script on helm chart and/or kubewarden-controller repositories to detect when the RBAC configuration has been changed but not applied in the Helm chart files.
