Remove the tracks column

For the "Tracks" column at right: I think that for now, we could considering removing that column entirely. I think that in almost all cases, the desired functionality is that we will want to load all 3 track types at once (Accessibility Signal, Elements, and E2G predictions)

Implementation notes:
This should be implemented as commenting out the row only
