[Support] What happens if I *don't* register ores from other mods?

I'm creating a small private pack so don't want to take the time to register every ore from other packs, but I enjoy this mod. If I don't register them, what happens? Do they not spawn at all, less often (only in vanilla spots, etc)?

They will spawn just fine. They just won't look like like the surrounding stone.
