@kylef I've got a question about the future of the project. Do you think support for MockingJay and URITemplate.swift will be continuing? There are multiple open pull requests which fix support for things like Xcode 9, Swift 4, Carthage, etc which have been ignored for months.

If you don't have plans to continue support for both projects, can you put a request out for someone to take over support? These are great projects and I would like to continue using them. But if they are no longer going to be supported, I'll look for an alternative or (possibly) fork these and create something new based on these.

I won't be able to maintain this project going forward. In the past, I have reached out to some of the contributors to Mockingjay but without much luck on interest in maintaining.

These days, @AliSoftware's OHHTTPStubs API has become very close to Mockingjay so perhaps we can deprecate this library in favour of OHHTTPStubs. I am not sure that Mockingjay offers much more than OHHTTPStubs, but perhaps it does offer some simplicity in comparison so maybe that is why some haven chosen Mockingjay over OHHHTTPStubs but I do not know really.

If there are people out there who are interested in using Mockingjay over OHHTTPStubs and are interested in taking over the project then please let me know.

Thanks @kylef for letting us know.

I'm trying to see if my company would be willing to take it over. I've been using this at work for well over a year and it's simplicity has been great. If they aren't, I'm willing to take it over personally.

@kylef Is there any progress in taking over this project? I'm also willing to take it over. I can even take some personal time off to clean this project up (process PR's and solve issues) If you want a reference, then just look around at https://github.com/evermeer
