Using @parcel/watcher we just reprocess all files if there's a change. Can optimize this in the future by checking individual files but need to improve the cache logic a bit
Removing this functionality because else we'd have to run multiple watcher subscribers for each input dir. Afaik we're not using this at all anyways...
