There is a flaw in the analysis loop such that if an experiment is added to lyse while a multi-shot analysis routine is running, lyse will not automatically start the single-shot and subsequent multi-shot analysis routines until either another shot is added, or the "Run multi-shot analysis" button is pressed.

Stupid bug. I'll be rewriting the signalling that goes on there anyway, so I'll make sure the 'single shot analysis needs doing' flag gets checked/doesn't get cleared after a multishot analysis run
