Right now when a shard is lost on the network and the file can't be fully downloaded, the download hangs at a certain %. Either retry downloading that shard a couple of times and if even that does not work notify the user that the download failed due to missing shard.

I'll take this into consideration and try to implement this in branch improve-downloader
