[Feature] Upload documents

It would be great to have a document upload feature (txt, pdf, mdx) into the pinecone vector store so that we can benefit from having a long-term memory storage, what do you think?

The example is with Supabase but you can swap in Pinecone or any other vectorstore:

Have been a few requests for alternative examples though so will try to look into it when I have time!
