Add New Embedding Model to Voyage

1. voyage-multimodal-3: A multimodal embedding model capable of processing images to compute vectors.(https://docs.voyageai.com/docs/multimodal-embeddings)
2. voyage-3-large: Supports dimensions of 1024 (default), 256, 512, and 2048.(https://docs.voyageai.com/docs/embeddings)
