(beta/plugin) Update button doesn't work for plugins installed from GitHub

Steps to reproduce

• Install v0.0.1 plugin from GitHub https://github.com/fujita-h/dify-plugin-azure-ai-vision
• Push check for update button

This issue occurs when the repository name and the plugin name are different.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Check will complete.

❌ Actual Behavior

Error message: "Failed to fetch repository releases"
