Hi @ChristopherWilks,

In our meeting today with @Nick-Eagles and you we thought that it could be useful for monorail to provide some output on how to run https://github.com/langmead-lab/recount-unify to help reduce errors such as using different study names in monorail and the unifier.

Just making a note about it.
