🐛 : Unexpected transition delay when hovering icons in the powered by and verified by section

Describe the bug
When hovering the icons in the sections mentioned above, most of them have a normal working transition (fill .3s ease-in-out), but for example in the verified by section, the tiktok and huawei icons seem to have a transition delay, however upon inspection, no transition-delay property has been found on any of the elements.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the home page
2. Scroll down to the "Verified by Leading Companies Worldwide" section
3. Hover ex. the huawei icon
4. Notice how weird it's behaving

Expected behavior
All of the icons should have the same transition and no transition delay.
