Support Landing.Jobs as a provider of job opportunities to be imported.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should add a bot to automatically relay and publish new job opportunities related to PHP/Laravel to the job board text channel in the Laravel-Portugal Discord server.

N/A

Additional context
The Landing.Jobs portal has an official API: https://github.com/LandingJobs/LandingJobs-api
