I've got Valet 2.18.1 installed on a new MacBook Pro running MacOS Monterey 12.1 (running [email protected]). I've noticed that after a weekend off, or sometimes just first thing in the morning, sites will not load unless and until I run valet restart. I wonder whether anyone else has seen this. The nginx error log is empty. Here is the current diagnose output (when valet is working). I can run and post what it says the next time it fails.

openssl@3 is keg-only, which means it was not symlinked into /opt/homebrew,
because macOS provides LibreSSL.
