Feature Request: options about whether to remove due dates after completing tasks #61

When a todo task is finished and checked in the Todo Panel, the due date is removed in the TODO file. I'd really like to keep the due date as it is as a way to see my daily progress. Can we have an option to turn off this default behavior?
