Add OS Tools to About Page

I was just reading through clipped.me's API docs and notice that they require attribution. They're probably the only service we are using right now that requires that, but as an OS project I think we owe it to the community to highlight the important technologies we use.

We should add a new section to our about page that lists the major OS projects and free services that Pullup depends on. On that list, I vote we have:

• Node
• Clipped.me
• MongoDB
• Express
• Github
