Wrong PU Jet ID SF for Pt > 50

Hi all,
The PU Jet Id SF are defined up to Pt <= 50 GeV, but in the macro we are using to apply it on the fly the last bin is used for jets with Pt > 50 instead of 1.

The same behavior is also present in the PR latinos/LatinoAnalysis#137 to add the JetSF module in the postprocessing.

Probably the effect is really small, but to be corrected of course. What do you think?

@valsdav : what is the value of the SF for the last bin. Is it compatible with 1? If yes, it's fine as it is.
