Last night I while doing a "Refresh Author" on "Tom Reynolds" (author of Meta, Midnight Strikes, Rise of the circle...), the UI threw a basic pop up with stated an ajax error occurred. I have not been able to reproduce this to get a screenshot. The author disappeared from the UI. I have confirmed he has also been removed form the database, but the books are still in the library. I tried to re-add him, but he doesn't show up in the search results. I have tried searching using each Information Source in the config, but again, he doesn't show up in the results when searching by author or book title. I confirmed he is not in the list of Ignored authors.
Just to be thorough, I also moved the books from my library to my import folder and ran the import to see what would happen and I get this in the log...

I have tried to reproduce this with other authors, but they refresh just fine, I have removed and re-added authors too. Whatever happened, I cannot get this author back. Not sure the root cause, but I would settle just for getting him back in my library. Any help would be appreciated.
