When I start a session using the integration my charger waits a random amount of time (up to 300 seconds - 10 minutes) to start the session. This is part of the UK requirements for smart chargers so that when we all switch them on at 0:00;01 to take advantage of the off-peak timings it results in a more gradual ramp up in demand and doesn't immediately overload the grid. My issue is that when the sun comes out from behind a cloud and I am suddenly feeding 3kW into the grid I don't want this delay (nor does the grid really). It would be useful - and it may not be possible with all chargers - to have two switches: an immediate on and a scheduled on switch. What are others thoughts?
