Better Popup Player #1233

The popup player is great, however a few improvements would be cool to have such as

Scaling the size with your fingers (Like the NewPipe popup player)
Not have to have the player along the sides (Can be in the center of the screen)
Has rewind and fast forward button
Has time seeking (Can drag the time marker and move around the video)
Speed settings (Change the speed the video is playing at)

You could use or look at the NewPipe popup video player which is for Android and is quite slick.
