arm64 support

If possible it would be great if you could also add snap support for ldc2 ARM64 architecture.

What's missing currently? The package already includes arm, arm64 and arm64_32 as registered targets. Is there something missing library-wise?

@WebDrake i am not sure wheter the question was for me. I installed on Raspberry 3 (armv8) ubuntu mate 64 bit (arm64).
Snap is pre installed but fails to install ldc2 with missing package for architecture.

@andre2007 thanks for clarifying. I misunderstood at first because there's already an open issue for ARM builds of the snap: #61.

As you can see, the last attempt was a little while back and was blocked by a Phobos issue. I've re-enabled arm64 builds for the 1.18 package so that it will be re-attempted with the next update (which should be soon).

I'll keep you posted on the status of things.
