使用的M1苹果本，希望能把Windows和Linux打包arm64的参数开放到make_config.yaml文件

Windows打包exe参数：
ArchitecturesAllowed=x64
ArchitecturesInstallIn64BitMode=x64

Linux打包deb参数：
'Architecture': 'amd64'

+1 'amd64' should not be hardcoded.
