Currently, our installation guide is a sub-section within quickstart. It does not cover libp2p or non-linux OS

Thanks to @yhn112 's recent investigation, we can now run gpu-enabled hivemind on windows through WSL.

The goal of this issue is to

add a detailed installation page in the docs
- in the Windows section, explain how to set up through WSL
- in the Linux section, explain build vs download libp2p
- on Mac OS, explain how to build libp2p from source
  - if some tests fail (e.g. Proper macOS support #143 ), this is okay for now
refer to this page in the installation section here
- state that the short guide is only good for linux users, windows/mac should use the detailed guide

As usual, feel free to adjust the goal as necessary, split into multiple PRs, or recruit help (e.g. from me).
