Should we create multiple issue templates?

With reference to this issue, should we create multiiple issue templates?

Perhaps we should have ones (at least) for:

- content issues (text / images / rendering / translations)
- bugs / technical issues

There's no need to go mad, we can build them up as we go along.

Similarly, perhaps (a) PR template(s) would be a good idea too, and maybe a CONTRIBUTING.md and a code of conduct file.

I'm happy to help out, I've been writing some gh cli scripts recently that automate the generate of PRs so it would be relatively simply to set these up, if people think this is a good move.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.
