Need to run on CI

$ fourmolu --no-cabal -c -m inplace $(git ls-files -- '*.hs' | grep -v Setup.hs)

and fail when there is diff or fourmolu fails. Executable can be extracted from fourmolu releases

Currently #120 is blocking this ticket
