Describe the problem you would like to solve

Before we begin to implement this, we are wondering if you all are continuting to develop this, especially as it relates to the next version of OJS, v3.5, which will likely release in late 2024/early 2025.

We would like to know if there are plans to further develop this for future OJS releases.
