We plan to transition to this repository as the main repository for LePHARE.

What do we need to do prior to this and how do we finalise the transition?

Get documentation at a good level.
Include a page detailing contributions over time.
Apply final logo to this repository.
Close the other repository or at least add a strong recommendation at the start and a link here.
Get the technical paper at a level where it can be available at the same time as the corresponding release

What timeline are we aiming for? Definitely before the end of the year.
