Handle both MouseEvent and KeyboardEvent with a single closure

I would like to write something like:

<input
  type="text"
  on:input=move |ev| {
    set_value.set(event_target_value(&ev))
  }
  on:keypress=submit_input
  prop:value=value
/>

<button
  on:click=submit_input
>
  ...
</button>

Is this possible? Or do I need to write two separate versions of submit_input?
