How do I toggle presence of disabled attribute based on boolean value?

I have the following code:

let (input_disabled, set_input_disabled) = create_signal(cx, false);

view! {
  cx,
  <input type="text" disabled=input_disabled />
}

I want to toggle the presence of disabled attribute on the input based on the value of input_disabled state. If it is true, the input should be disabled, otherwise not. However, the above code permanently disabled the input once input_disabled is set to true. How can I do this?

The above code sample works fine, I must've done something wrong for it to not work.
