In the "Add to Slack" procedure :

create an emoji "good_idea" with the logo of the platform
Invite the bot to watch messages of channel and save in db which channels are monitored

In the slack events catcher :

monitor channel creation and deletion
accordingly joins a new channel or delete corresponding entry in db
