If mise fixes it's support for custom uv project venv locations, we can remove _.python.venv.path = '{% if env.UV_PROJECT_ENVIRONMENT ... from mise.toml and assume dev's will enable: https://mise.jdx.dev/lang/python.html#python.uv_venv_auto
