The Herald project repos used to point to a VMware FAQ on the CLA process or DCO process and why it was needed. No such page exists on the LFPH website. Rather than have each project duplicate this page, please add a brief page under the 'community' subheading that describes what DCO is, and why LFPH require it.

@adamfowleruk can we add this to the agenda for the upcoming TAC meeting? I think figuring out the right solution is something that should be discussed with them
