Update to MagicOnion 6.0 and test with GrpcSocketBridge to ensure application still runs on Http1.1

Hello,

Try to update to MagicOnion 6.0 and validate if project still works as expected.

We ran into issues with MagicOnion 6.0 and GrpcSocketBridgeHandler.

Perhaps it will help bleed a little less later.

Hello, When on public cloud specifically behind cloudflare, you will never get end to end Http2. So plan accordingly. MagicOnion 5.1.8 and GrpcWebSocketBridge 5.1.8 work seamlessly. There has been changes in .Net Grpc and MagicOnion GrpcWebSocketBridge has not been updated to support it.. I have reported a bug for it on GrpcWebSocketBridge git repo.
