Looper: Cross fade between the start and end points of the loop #29

At the moment, if the start and end points of the loop are significantly different, there will be a discontinuity when we wrap around. A brief cross-fade will address this, making drone-type loops more viable.

Is a true equal power cross fade needed, or is it enough to do a short (e.g. 1-10 ms long) fade out and and fade in?
