I submitted

Please can you show books and papers with titles containing "shame" from any date?

ARIA responded:

Building search query (Input: titles containing "shame")
Searching Zotero database
Search Strategy
Keywords: shame [ SO keywords are NOT tags, I presume]
Date Range: 2021-2025
Results (0)

I did not specify the Date Range: 2021-2025 as far as I know, but it seems to be being applied.

Also I see that there are two white boxes below my query. Perhaps these contain 2021 to 2025 but I can't see the dates because the text is white on white.

Clicking the left hand white box allows me to edit my query so I don't think that is what they are.

BTW I wish I could copy the "Building search query" etc but the "Copy" button does not seem to do anything.

Here is an annotated screen-shot
ARIA_Date_Range

Thanks again for ARIA!

Aha. If I specify before 2021 then the date range was corrected. I think that ARIA remembers the date range and doesn't understand "from any date."

Aria_Date_Range2

I will have a search around for the correct way of saying "any date"

I tried "before 2026" but GPT thought that silly and asked for clarification. "before 2025" works pretty much for "any date," so please feel free to close this if appropriate.

Also as a MINOR aside, when I ask for titles Aria is giving responses as Keywords. This is okay but perhaps not optimal.
