Update hub pages

1. The Bergerac Hub page can remove the copy at the beginning as it doubles up with the copy on the residency page before/what’s above.
2. The hub pages can just detail the logistics and description of the physical places, plus a list of past residencies and events that have occurred there (including PBM).

1. Should we add second renaissance back into hero but with a little asterisk / infobox? (Pros: we want to get that idea in there and it's intriguing)
2. Do we want a dedicated "register interest" form on residency page?
