Notes feature

The copycat app mentioned in #262 offers one nice improvement over this app, which is the ability to take notes on various pages. In addition to this, it would be helpful to be able to highlight and to associate notes with highlights, as well as have a list of annotations that serve as bookmarks to jump to them, like in PDFs.
