带领团队近一年的时间，虽然人少，但都是经验丰富的开发，从一个人到现在的四个，关于协作开发还是有一点自己的理解

开发规范和流程提前规范好
信息透明，跟每个成员同步项目现状，存在的问题及原因，以及项目未来的规划
每个成员对项目的模块都要熟悉，即使不是自己开发的
关键模块实现要开技术方案会，每个成员都要参与讨论，一旦确定方案尽量不要更改
关键模块文档自觉维护
关注成员发展，尽可能做到能力相差不大
提交前互相review
至少每月一次会议，吐槽或者交流遇到的问题
