bpy package for python3.8

I am trying to run the testing demo under python3.8. However, the package bpy is required but is not supported by 3.8.

I checked Blender documentation, and it seems that they don't support 3.8. Meanwhile, the version of Blender indicated in your python script is 3.2.0, which is supported by python 3.10 or higher. Could you please check if the environment setting instruction is correct?

Python 3.8 with blender 3.2.0 works. And higher version of blender errors with bpy.
