用2.6.1的youqu 想回填pms的时候报用户名密码错 #77

用2.6.1的youqu 想回填pms的时候报用户名密码错，已经填了gloabsetting里的pms账户密码测试单号，然后用youqu manage.py run --send-pms aysnic执行的，用命令行执行也报一样的错
