problem :
Overlapping of icons and applet while opening too many application

i hope solution for this problem is adding some thing like

arrow button like in browser or a auto scroll when we put mouse on any end to move between the application

i am not so good at coding , can any one help me out to solve this problem and also give a feedback of this issue
