Bug description

A fresh Cinnamon install.

  1. Logout/login: Menu and Window list change order so that Window list is at the left margin.
  2. It seems that applets can not be reordered by using the mouse (edit: it can - panel edit mode), so I remove Window list and add it again.
  3. Window list does reappear at the right of Menu this time, but also with the right alignment.
  4. So I use dconf to correct the alignment.
  5. Logout/login: back to point 1.

Steps to reproduce

As above.

Expected behavior

Applets do not change order after logout/login. The default alignment does not change from left to right.

Additional information

dconf shows now: 'panel1:right:1:[email protected]:31', 'panel1:right:0:[email protected]:32'
