I am using a 1366 by 768 Screen.
When the panel height is set to 22, 25, 29, 32, 35, 42, 48, 49, 52, 55 or 58, Top panels set to intelligently hide don't show on mouse hover. This also applies when set to automatically hide.
Panels on the left and right of the Screen set to automatically hide do not shop up at all.
Bottom panel doesn't seem to have these issues.
Steps to reproduce
See Bug description
Expected behavior
Panels should show on mouse hover when set to any screen resolution, at any size.
Additional information
Edit:
I recently switched to a 1080p Monitor, the issue with side panels persists, which is not how it behaves on a different device. It seems like my issues are the result of user error or a corrupt install, but i'm leaving this online just in case. If nobody is able to reproduce this behavior, then ignore this report
