Describe the bug
in mintupdate manager after refreshing updates are listed - on pressing install updates - cursor spins - no dialog appears for root password and cursor returns to normal - nothing is updated

Screenshots
Didnt take one

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. click mintupdate in toolbar
  2. Click on refresh, updates are listed, click install updates
  3. cursor spins then stops - nothing installed

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
For this error - which is a flatpak issue - a dialog box asking for flatpak to be manually updated should be displayed
Or user prompted to disable flatpak update inorder to allow mintupdate to proceed
IE: some feedback as to why it can not install
even running it from a terminal did not reveal the issue?? - perhaps at least generate a message for issues with flatpak?

Usually:
dialog box for root password should be displayed then updates installed

SOLUTION - this appears due to a flatpak issue - where a package was renamed. In terminal run "flatpak update"
answer Y to question
updates are installed
Mintupdate then appears to work normally
