When setting the option under "User" for public access it shows not the same as for the logged in user.

For example when i see the page as the Admin logged in i can see under Emby from API the information i set up "Movies, Shows" and more.
But without login it doesn't show this.

Is this bug or intended?
When it is intended why is it?
Why you even have a user-system implemented?
Who uses this and for what purpose?
Why should i host a service for the bookmarks of someone else?
I just need a service that shows MY bookmark to users.
I bet 99,9999% of users of Heimdall use it exactly this way.

And why is it not possible to make a public dashboard that shows all the API-information scraped?
This is all very mysterious to me.
