About the probabilty of Yes

Do we need to consider the tendency or prior to say "Yes" ?
Like P(Yes | text, image)/ P(Yes |null ,image) or P(Yes | text, image) - P(Yes |null ,image) , something like these?

With most VQA models capable of instruction following, asking something like "Please answer yes or no." naturally assigns the highest probabilities to the Yes or No tokens, so this step is likely unnecessary.
