Due to this platform bug, Ubuntu Phone users on the stable channel will not be able to open the app using the App Scope starting from today (OTA 13). You can still launch Liri Browser from the launcher.

If you have not pinned the browser to the launcher, you can run the following command in the terminal to launch it ...

ubuntu-app-launch liri-browser.timsueberkrueb_liri-browser.timsueberkrueb_0.3.5

... and pin it to the launcher.
